How do you determine the price of an order?
The price of an order is based primarily on four factors; the apparel you select, the number of items you are ordering, the number of print locations, and the number of colors in your artwork that is being printed. If you are requesting that we design the artwork for your apparel, there will be an additional cost.
* The cost per piece of your order will always decrease with larger volume orders.

How many do I have to order?
We try to keep our order minimums to 20 pieces to help keep costs low for our customers. However, we do our best to meet each customer's needs, so please contact us if you have questions about smaller orders by emailing email@example.com.
What is your turn around time?
For t-shirts and most apparel, there is a typical turnaround time of 7-10 business days after approval of digital proof and payment. If you need your apparel delivered within a shorter time frame, please contact us and we can arrange for a rush order (rush fees do apply). During busy seasons, we will notify you right away if we anticipate your delivery/pick up to be delayed.
Can I mix the apparel color and sizes in my order?
You are more than welcome to mix and match shirt colors and sizes if you are using the same artwork for the entire order. Please keep in mind that there will also be an additional fee for shirts that are 2XL and larger.
How do I prepare my artwork files for an order?
We always want to ensure that the artwork on your apparel is precise and printed accurately. In order for us to do this, we ask that you send us your artwork with the following criteria.
- All files must be in vector format or a minimum of 300 dpi.
- We prefer these file types: .pdf, .eps, .ai, .psd.
- The measurements of your design should be sized to how you want it printed.
- Outline all your texts in vector format.
